What we collect

• Contact and order details: your email address, the website you want assessed, and your order.
• Your letter: a copy of any demand letter or lawsuit you send us, and the pages it names.
• Scan results: what our check found on your website's public pages, including screenshots of those pages and the reports we produce.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• How you found us: if you start a free check, we store the first page you landed on, UTM tags and the referring site if your browser provided one. This helps us understand which pages and partner links lead to checks.

How we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your reports, run your re-checks, send you emails about your order, understand which pages and partner links lead to checks, and handle refunds. We don't sell your information or use your letter for anything else. Before a report is released, a person at ADA Triage may review it, including the claims taken from your letter.

How long we keep it

• Letters: deleted 90 days after your order.
• Free checks that weren't paid for: deleted after 7 days, including any uploaded letter and source details. We keep only the name of the referring site or campaign, for our statistics.
• Screenshots and reports: kept for 1 year, because they're your evidence of what was fixed and when.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores files, and provides cookieless visitor analytics. We also use your browser's session storage to remember the first page you landed on until you close the tab, so the free-check form can include that source detail if you submit it.
• Cloudflare Workers AI runs an AI model that reads your letter to pull out its claims. Cloudflare doesn't use your letter to train any AI model, and neither do we.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the free check form is used by a person, not a bot.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Clerk handles sign-in to your order page.
• Resend sends order emails.
