About ADA Triage

We help small businesses that received an ADA website demand letter find out what's actually wrong with their site, fix it step by step, and keep dated records of what changed.

This is a technical accessibility assessment, not legal advice, and automated testing cannot establish ADA compliance.

Who we are

ADA Triage is a service of FlexLabs LLC, a US company. A person reads every email we receive and replies within 24 hours.

How we work

• We never contact businesses first. Everyone who orders found us on their own or through their lawyer or web designer. If you received an email saying we scanned your website, it didn't come from us.
• We're independent. We aren't affiliated with Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or any law firm.
• We don't sell a widget. We add nothing to your website. You fix the site itself, and we check the result.
• We don't give legal advice. Work with your attorney. Our reports give them the technical facts.
• You see everything before you pay. The check is free, the full report is $19 once, both sample reports are public (assessment, verification), and no call is required. If your report doesn't find specific, fixable issues, you get a full refund (see our terms).
