Technical facts for ADA website matters
ADA Triage gives small-business clients a dated technical accessibility assessment: what was detected on their website, which letter or complaint claims match the findings, and what changed after remediation.
This is a technical accessibility assessment, not legal advice, and automated testing cannot establish ADA compliance.
When it helps
When a client receives an ADA website demand letter or complaint, they often need technical facts before deciding what to fix and how to respond. We scan their public pages, preserve evidence, and produce a plain-English report designed to support counsel with technical information.
What the report includes
- Detected accessibility issues across up to 15 public pages, prioritized by likely user impact.
- Claim mapping from the uploaded letter or complaint to issues found on the site.
- Platform-specific fix steps for Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace and Wix.
- Before/after verification after the client fixes issues, with timestamps and evidence files.
What it does not do
- We do not give legal advice or communicate with opposing counsel.
- We do not sell overlays or widgets.
- We do not contact businesses directly or solicit represented parties.
- We do not claim that automated testing establishes ADA compliance.
